When you cannot win with an all-star team, it is time to move on. And the lack of effort out of Kentucky this year is the most concerning thing. Should be good for both schools.

Drew has been offered the job with a big NIL commitment according to one of our insiders.

It would be great to get the hire done before Cal lands in little rock.

He makes 2.7 mil and won a NC? Baylor should be ashamed of themselves. How he wasn't gone long ago is the only mystery.

Kentucky will pay him more than they paid Cal.

Drew is a better fit at Kentucky. He can coach, and recruiting is not the problem in Kentucky. I could see this being good for both schools.

How exactly does it help Baylor to lose their coach?

Nah much quicker flight from Lexington to UA than Waco to Lexington.

Then they can focus their efforts on winning whatever football conference they're in next season. I think they're still in a conference.

Drew would be a good hire for Kentucky.

But he will not be able to meet the fanbase’s expectations.

Good for both Arkansas and Kentucky. Sorry for not clarifying.

Can’t imagine UK fans being excited about this, tbh. The guy they just kicked out has a vastly superior resume, doesn’t he?

100%
Resumes aren't even comparable.

Scott Drew would be a great hire for Kentucky...really wish Tyson Chicken AD didn't bailout Calipari and allow Big Blue to get a coach made for modern college basketball.

Correct. Anyone who suggests Drew wouldn’t be a quality hire and an upgrade isn’t paying attention.

You know who loved Tubby Smith at the end ? Louisville fans. Not enough to hire him, though.

Look ... Alabama, Tenner, and Auburn had all passed Kentucky - just in the conference. And not just one year - as programs.

I get it ... you hate to see Calipari leave.

Youre tading Calipari for Scott Drew???

You seriously wanted Cal gone so bad so you can hire scott drew? Baylor aint vandy, like some will gave you believe they get players qualified. Mike Singletary was not getting his MD , RGIII would never get into Vandy
