I think the pro vs. Ncaa debate is pretty cut and dry - college kids have no chance at competing with grown arse 30 year olds who sole job is to practice and be the best.
The college debate is a little different - the physical gap between an 18 year old and a 22 year old is smaller. Basketball is also a sport where the very best guys, usually the McD's type players, have been able to go straight to the pros and kill it. And (in theory) college life is similar to high school where you can't just be practicing and watching film 24/7.
Personally, I think they'd stand a pretty good chance.

If they practiced together as much as a real team, absofrickinglutely.
But they have no chemistry or cohesiveness in that McDonald's game. They'd be lost against a vast majority of college teams that have an offseason together.

Most of the time when this question comes up it's the best [whatever] against teh worst [whatever]. If you're asking if the HS AA team could beat one of the worst D1 teams, then absolutely. They most certainly could adn would win a great deal of the time.
Would they beat Uconn? Well, they COULD but maybe only a very tiny handful of times out of 100 and that would jsut be with uconn going stone cold and the HS team shooting the lights out.
Basketball is probably the easiest sport for this type of hypothetical to actually happen. Anytime someone asks this question about NCAAF/NFL I immediately know them to be a moron.
