Are we supposed to consider UCLA a tough OOC opponent? Is this a basketball thread?

Good. Utterly frickin stupid to play a game like that when we already have bama/Texas/Auburn/Tennessee/Ole Miss/Florida on the schedule.

Well, GA backed out playing OU last year so they learned that trick from GA

If you settle for G-5 it's because Kirby wants it. There are plenty of Power 4 schools out there that you could hook up with in a year's notice.
Kirby is getting good at running from a fair fight.

SMU needs a game for '25 and will probably be a better team anyway. Set up a home and home w/them.
