Maybe someone can clear this up, but why would she hire a law firm before the article even comes out? What if the article isn’t a false story? Then she will have paid a non-refundable retainer for nothing…?

I’m pretty sure she knows the premise of the article after speaking with players and coaches that have been contacted, as well as the questions sent in

She can afford it. Always have legal on staff. Hell, even I do that and I don't make anywhere close to what she does.
