Did Texas A&M get guys because they loved A&M or because they were paid under the table?
Scholarships should be 3 year contracts. But a player can transfer and play immediately if the head coach leaves or it’s to a school within driving range if there’s a family sickness ( lawyers can spell that out). Anyone else 1 year sit.
Money can not be offered through any collective. Money has to be negotiated by play and NIL recipient.
Let’s get back to what NIL was intended for….
Players using their likeness to profit on merch, gaming, endorsements.
This should be done through marketing departments at the school ( helps marketing students too) once they are signed to a ( 3 year deal).
