Saying Jerry West wouldn't see much playing time just proves how ignorant about basketball in general, the NBA specifically you are. Out of the thousands of pro basketball players, multi thousands, West was named to the Top50 players of all time. As for comparing Clarke's competition to Pete's, she broke the women's record against an average Minn. team that lost by 40 points. In the course of her career, her Iowa team won 30+ games by over 30 points. No team in the SEC, specifically in Pete's days, lost by 30+ points. I'm a fan of Clark's but women's college basketball today, in general, is non competitive once you get past the top 10, mabe 15 teams. Last year there were NCAA tourney games in which losers lost by over 25. In tourney games.

The high school women’s games that finish 62-8 give us a preview of what a women’s versus men’s game would look like.
