The combine was more fun when everybody actually participated in everything if they were healthy. This whole waiting til pro day thing is lame.

I heard an agent being interviewed on 680 yesterday who said the coaches and players prefer the pro-days over the combine, it's only the TV people and the fans that really get excited about the combine. The reasoning is that coaches/gm's actually get a lot more face time and hands on with the pro days than they get from the combine, and the players like it better too.

Ladd friggin killed it yesterday. Not just the running, but the speed catching drill was superb. Talk shite about the combine, but Ladd just turned yesterday into millions of dollars for himself.
