"Way more points than Bird"? That's not what makes Bird so great. Video after video interviews with former NBA players tell his true value. Super competitive to an extreme, tough mentally & physically, extreme high basketball IQ, etc .But one comment stands out regarding his greatness: James Worthy, NBA defensive player of the year multiple times : "it wasn't how many 3 point shots that Bird made, it was WHEN he made them ( his emphasis) that made him a superstar. Then look at who Bird competed against vs who Clark is playing against.

Bird led Indiana st to the national championship game game, went to the Celtics and took them from the gutter to championships.
His peers from that era considered him the best and that’s saying a hell of alot. YouTube has videos of what those guys thought of Bird.
To mention a girl in the same sentence as him is ridiculous no matter how many 3 point shots she makes.
