Kansas State seems a little out of place. I watched their QB in the bowl game, and he looks pretty good, but still... is this just a team that nobody is talking about because it’s Kansas State? Or is it because it’s a new BIg 12? Or are they actually supposed to be legit this year?
K-state has a good track record when it comes to hiring head coaches, probably because Bill Snyder is not only still alive, but advises the AD as well. Klieman is one of those coaches that will eventually end up at a higher profile program because he simply gets the most out of his players at any level he coaches. Same with Lance Liepold at Kansas.

Because winning the Big 12 will do it this year.

K State is -200, Utah is -110, Arizona is +200, Kansas is +250. Then Texas Tech is +550, Iowa St +700, Okie State +800.
One of those teams WILL be in, possibly 2 because of their record.

That's the drawback to expansion; the Big 12 and ACC still get auto bids/top 4 seeds, and their paths are significantly easier than going through the SEC or Big 10. Big 10 appears very top heavy, and SEC is SO deep.
