OK I need updates.. my schedule just freed up through March and baseball is boring, so spring practice gets all my attention now.

I watched that interview with Austin and he talked about the QBs. Couple of notes.
Thorne he said is very good at picking up things, and got blamed for a lot of things that were not his fault. He mentioned the bama play where we were down on the six and had three set to the right, it was a running play and we had practiced it several times. He said during the walk through I mentioned to him that if you see the eyes of the CB looking at the RB or creeping, change the play turn and throw to the TE on the left side of the field. He saw it changed the play and hit the TE in the facemask.....
On Hank Brown he said Dilfer coached him in HS and he came in far ahead of most QBs entering college. And he saw him play and spoke with Trent about him etc. He said dont let that aw shucks demeanor fool you when you are talking to him. He said I have seen many kids practice perfect and just cant do it in a game, Hank., when the lights come on.....he wants the ball. He said the Maryland game I asked him if he was ready to go in, not exactly ideal given we hadnt been able to move the ball, he just said "no worries" and you see what happened.
