Tennessee just got caught cheating and is taking the NCAA to court now to get away with more cheating.

And they still have a shitty arse team every year with a schedule that's easy on the back end to create hype for the next season to hook people like you into getting excited about the trash.

But sure, Tennessee is just a Dodge Charger away from greatness.

Prove it.

SPOILER: you can’t. Hell you can’t even describe what you feel was impermissible. You can’t define what rule was broken.

That’s because there were no rules broken with Nico’s recruitment at the time.

Alabama could lose every game for the next 2 decades and Tennessee still wouldn't have a winning record against Alabama.

Prove it?

Over the course of 3 seasons, Tennessee committed 18 level 1 violations, and more than 200 individual infractions.

You are still on probation from it, which is the only reason Tennessee is taking this shite to court. Because they are looking at repeat offender punishments and all they have is a Hail Mary court case.

And despite all your cheating, you still couldn't manage a single decent season. 12 losses over the past 3 years, and your record over the past 7 years is 36-39 for a win% under .500.

Tennessee is just a shitty program that no amount of cheating or money can fix.

What can't be proven are your claims about Saban and Alabama.

Dartmouth has actually won a lawsuit that states they are employees of the university and should be treated as such and allowed to vote to Unionize. National Labor Board ruled on that.

Has this been updated and if so can you provide a link?

I saw that the regional labor board ruled in their favor but the NLRB had not yet. I believe it was the regional office in Boston for NLRB that ruled in their favor. The athletes still have to vote for a union and the NLRB at the national level has to approve it.

Also, Dartmouth has hinted that if they vote for a union the sports program for football and basketball may get dropped. Neither earn them any money also the athletes as an Ivy League school do not receive scholarships.

They can vote to unionize all they want but that does not force the university to offer any contracts or offer the sport.

We've all seen the pictures of dirt poor kids from the ghetto signing and then getting new cars. Stop playing dumb.

Or maybe you're not playing.

So the only way a black kid can get a car is if someone gave it to him for playing football?

Players have been getting about 10-15k per year in grants, aids and other things for years. They even get money for room and board off campus.

You ever see those pictures of recruits flashing cash? Yeah, it's always about a week before a semester starts, because they just cashed in a grant.

And that was before they added in the 5k stipend.

On top of that, they are still eligible for student loans.

Not to mention the cars the players drive is one of the most monitored things on EVERY single football team across the country for probably more than 20 years. You aren't ever going to see a player get in trouble for a car these days.

Are they getting about the best possible deal they can because they play for Alabama? I damn sure hope so.
