I'm not clear on whether the temporary injunction applies only to Tennessee and Virginia. I think as a practical matter it applies to everyone, because the NCAA isn't going to go after anyone while the injunction is in place, but the court's ultimate decision on the merits of the case under the Sherman Act would set a precedent for everyone, just like the Supreme Court's decision did in the Alston case.
