the state legislature has already got involved. they're proposing giving the UNC system board the power to stop any in state public school from moving conferences. dont know what its like up in VA but thats what's happening here

I don't think the legislature is going to prevent UNC from making an extra 40 million per year if nc state can make about what it does now in big 12.
