That stupid bastard's advisors need to explain (if possible) what the political ramifications would be on his political future, if he attempted that.
No ramifications from the black community. I can speak for me and all the other black alums of Alabama that I know personally, we wouldn't care if Alabama stopped being competitive in sports without black athletes.

Alabama will never stop having black athletes. You and Woodfin are both overstating his importance if you believe he has this sort of sway.

That's not my point.
Where do you think that the prestige and power comes from in the state?...not to mention the $$$$!
That clown would be run out of the state, if he took that approach, by EVERY Alabama college administration in Alabama.
...oh yes. Check into the revenue that not only the institutions benefit from, but the local and state taxes that are generated.
