If you think that unfair hiring practices aren't taking place currently, you're being not genuine or wilfully ignorant. If Navy Federal Credit Union is currently being sued for lending discrimination, do you honestly think that hiring discrimination really isn't as persistent? Be serious

Have you read Race and Economics by Walter Williams? Most of the discrimination happened with the aid of gov't, all of the so-called remedies occurred once Democrats in the realized the value of the black vote. That last point Malcolm X emphasized in his most famous speech.

Even AG Gaston charged relatively high interest rates due to clientele, and it wasn't bc of skin color obviously.

I just read an article about this, and this stuck out:

quote:

A spokesperson from Navy Federal said CNN’s analysis was not an accurate reflection of their lending practices because it did not account for other factors, such as credit score, cash in the bank, and relationship history with the lender.

If CNN's analysis didn't account for those things(the most important factors in whether or not a loan will be approved or not) then what exactly did they account for?

Unfair practices are taking place, and at a very wide scale. It's called DEI. The incidents you reference are the exception, not the rule, in 2024.

This is from a recent lawsuit against Harvard, whose graduates sit at the highest levels of government and business, both of which employ armies of DEI workers whose job is to ensure outcomes like this:
