Please no, that is an abomination.

What ?

It's my favorite, and has so much character and spirit.

I dont have a problem with the current logo, but it has such a corporate brand feel to me lacking any spirit or cool factor.

It gets the job done and looks clean, but the old logo just has something more that feels right to me, and now would be a good time for DeBear to make the program his with changes like this to usher in a new era.

There is a mashup of the two logos that could be a common ground, but I dont like it as much as the old pure logo:

Now THIS is an abomination that should be put away and hopefully everyone forgets it ever existed:

I so despised that logo. Looked like something an elementary school kid would do.

But yeah, definitely give me the classic logo again.

And somehow ESPN still chooses to use that early 2000s logo for bball sometimes. I still remember that one being on the court and the south endzone scoreboard when I was in school. It really needs to disappear forever.
