True, but those who can leave are leaving en masse right now.

This is false.

Do you really think UGA's WR coach is the only coach on the staff who is capable for leaving for the NFL? Don't you think Texas has a slew of coaches who could get a NFL job who are choosing to stay a Texas instead?

It's not really any different than other years.

Don’t take my word for it…

"Never thought we'd see the day where multiple Power 5 head coaches would leave for NFL coordinator jobs, but this day and age of roster building via NIL, transfer portal, and have to re-recruit your own players every year, I get it and think it's only the beginning." - 247 Analyst Greg Biggins

"This is only the beginning. And you may as well include Harbaugh and Saban on the list of 'CFB Climate Change' decisions." - ESPN’s Matt Barrie

“College football in its current state will be seeing more and more coaches heading to the NFL. This sport is spiraling out of control.” - Kirk Herbstreit

"Yeah, I really am concerned about the number of college coaches currently leaving for the NFL.” Alabama AD Greg Byrne
