When Nick Saban took the Bama job LSU fans then hated everything Bama. They can deny it all they want but that's the only reason. Mulkey is every bit the arrogant prick Oats is, if not worse and she is their god. They'll say the whole Brandon Miller thing started it but that's bullshite. Nick Saban going to Bama set that fanbase on fire for Bama.

It's like the mom and pop shop.. When they heard Walmart (Nick) was coming to town. Totally owning their arse into bankruptcy (NITs & Arizona Sun Bowls for them).

Not winning a home football game vs BAMA in the 70's, 80's or 90's hit them pretty hard.

And LSU already had an inferiority complex back to Cholly Mac. When Coach Saban went to Baton Rouge, in a moment of weakness, it gave the Cajuns hope to finally slay the giant. Only to watch everything that they held scared vanish to Tuscaloosa. The purple people will never get over this regardless of future coaches that come and go, and frankly, I'm here for it.
