While most coaches seem to be ambitious by nature, with all this NIL and portal stuff to contend with, I wonder if more coaches don’t just remain as coordinators where you can make a killing and avoid unneeded stress.

I don't blame Grubb. He doesn't have to move his family and he gets a better job. I imagine he will be fired if Seattle doesn't do well next year, so maybe he comes to Bama after all. Who knows.
