Effectively, those cheating are trying to sue the NCAA so that the rule they broke is not a legal rule.
Not even trying to deny that they broke the rule at this point. Not that it isn't obvious that high school players getting millions from collectives tied to a school are being paid to go to a particular school. But it's funny that as soon as the first case of enforcement comes out how much "oh shite" is coming from those cheating.
And yes, I'll say the same thing if Georgia joins the lawsuit. I'm rooting for the rule to stick and for pay to play to not be allowed in college football. I think it will fix NIL and preserve the sport if the wild west of NIL being pay to play is ended.

Yeah nobody saw this coming, how could anyone have possibly seen this coming, we just wanted players to get their $12 royalty check from EA Sports for video game likeness.
