With Kelly taking a demotion and the BC coach leaving for a NFL position (demotion) and you hear people like Cole Cubelic saying he has talked to numerous assistants who want out of CFB, it is alarming to say the least

I think coaches know that the NFL loves retreads. Once you're in, it seems as though you have to want to leave. Sure, you may have to take a demotion from HC to DC, like Dan Quinn, but apparently he's rehabilitated now and worthy of a new HC position.
After what happened in SBLI you'd think he'd never be a HC again. Hell... his defense in Dallas got torched by GB in the playoffs this season.
