I thought the rule was that it couldn't be even a little bit about recruiting? As in the two have to be mutually exclusive. Who knows.

Here's the problem. Even if the only reason he was flown out was for recruiting, there's no possible way to prove that with any collective that actually does anything. Run one commercial with the kid (already happened) and you've shown proof it was for NIL stuff.
