Except this is not involving the university. This is about legal NIL business. Nico was flown out on a private jet to Knoxville to discuss an NIL deal.

Business men making business decisions are not subject to the NCAA regulations. No rule at the time was in place to prevent a business entertaining a client in regards to NIL.
