Their losses are not unlike TCU's from 2022 to 2023, or FSU's from 2023 to 2024. Probably a 6-6 or so year for them, if they're lucky.
Everything came together for them for one season, and now they will take a big step back unless they make an absolute slam dunk hire.

They are promoting from within. I think the OC is taking it. Dumb if you ask me and I think they are doing this from a roster management standpoint.
