I actually don't like the guy, but his offenses at Bama were 40+ PPG both years and they had limited run game options in 2021 and limited pass games options in 2022

Day has basically been trying to adapt and not call plays and do all the work on offense. BoB brings a lot of experience and can give a new perspective.

Again I'm not super pumped, but he's taking the spot of Urban's son in law who has no experience, so it's certainly an upgrade overall inside the staff

BoB had Bryce for 2 years and the offense got worse

Bama still had better RBs and WRs than 95% of the country both years.

Worked for both Saban and Belichick for 8 years and never won a championship.

Bryce Young better then the late great Robin Williams at improvisation. There were moments mind you but Bryce made that work
