Exactly. There’s no excuses, this competition is wide open…if one of these guys wants it bad enough. I think this job goes to the guy willing to dedicate himself this off season to learning the playbook and fighting for the job, not just going through the motions.

Milroe had one year with Rees and 2 with BoB (who clearly never worked with him).
If you expect Milroe to be 3rd string next fall you're going to be disappointed.
