Spot on! And Steele was nothing but a temporary band-aid. This guy has some solid coaching under his belt and young enough to do the job. I really like Deboers hires.

Now DeBoer can snag those USA recruits that will be hitting the portal.

quote:Yes one of the things with Saban and his staff were they were literally just getting old and the energy in the team was dropping. In hindsight, Saban needed a Cochran around to challenge/motivate to balance out the lower energy staff. Plus, I have a feeling these coaches are going to be hungry to win and it will transfer to the players.
