Beating Alabama isn’t the goal. No matter how much y’all want it to be our goal.

Firing Malzahn wasn’t the mistake. Hiring Harsin was.

Gus had grown stale and stubborn as hell, he had to go. The purgatory they’ve been in since likely doesn’t make the fans wish Gus was still in his perpetual “getting this thing turned around” mode.

This. I think UCF fans can see what we were frustrated about. Mainly player development, taking one step forward and two steps back. I went all in on Harsin, and I admit I was dead wrong. If we had made a better hire this wouldn't even be a question.
