Yea, I think it's more about UGA wanting to hire and develop the best. I don't think it's about crippling Bama. I would say it's a by-product of hiring and developing the best though.

Then there is his elite recruiting ability in pivotal hot bed recruiting areas.
No, this was Kirby wanting this guy on his staff to make his team better. If there is a way to get him back I hope it happens, but I'm not gonna lose any sleep either way. Like many have said this is DeBears show now. Just enjoy the show.
