I’m good with Trob better with Schumann

You'd rather have TRob as DC than Schumann? Interesting. I think it's a mistake to make TRob a stand alone DC as he wasn't very good as one at USCe but he'll have more resources and a better supporting offense at Bama.

I’m good with Trob as a staff retention thing. I’d far rather have Schumann over all.

I think Schumann is a sure thing but TRob just has the stank of a failing program on him. He produced a few NFL draft picks out of a defense that simply lacked talent up front. His secondary coaching seemed to be good but Muschamp was never able to get recruiting traction because it was the peak of the Clemson program and the emergence of the UGA program. Hopefully, we get to see him with a full deck in Tuscaloosa.

I’d be ecstatic if we got Schumann. I just don’t see why it would happen. If Schumann wants to come home he’s probably better served waiting until DeBoer either gets fired or goes to the NFL. Hes never getting fired working for Kirby. He’s going to be a hot commodity for HC positions in the next 1-3 years.
