Yeah look at the class rankings from 2018, 2019, & 2020. Those players would’ve formed the core along with getting a Heisman Candidate in Penix.
Look there is plenty of reasons for Bama fans to be good with the hire. He’s won everywhere he’s been and nothing bad/embarrassing has surfaced about him….yet
But there is also plenty of evidence to show the guy doesn’t like doing the 1 thing we all know is absolutely required to be successful at CFB, recruiting.

He has shown he is a great x's and o's in-game coach. That is a known. Everything else is unknown with him.
ETA Lanning and Norvelle were the two that scared the shite out of me. DeBoer is a "prove it" for me.
