Probably more so that he stole Saban’s top recruits, and it also took a miracle for him to beat Freeze with the worst team he’ll ever have.

He benefitted from a bunch of Chris Petersons players taking their Covid year and playing 5 years. Also Penix was a 6 year player. If he stayed based on his recruiting UW would have been a 6-8 win team in the BIG
