Saban as GOAT???

If Saban is the GOAT then it is because he coached at the last football and factory in America. At UAT Saban had an unlimited and unsurpassed budget for overall payroll, NIL, recruiting, gold-plated facilities and most importantly no pushback from the admissions office or the Bama administration. Bama football is only very vaguely associated with the University of Alabama and for all intents and purposes it is a totally autonomous organization. So beware and be forewarned that the drive-thru window guy at McDonald's could win 9-10 games every year at Bama.

Not historically accurate.
I’m curious why you’ve copied and pasted this about 10 times

What is this crap about. Saban was an extremely good coach arguably the best ever. He's retired. Let's focus on our own team and who we can poach.

Saban was the greatest coach to ever do it. Some AU fans will hate on that, but haters gonna hate. He was the goat and it was always fun to watch Auburn match up with him because of it. I can't hate on a winner even if my team was his biggest rival.
I'm glad he's retired, and I wish him well. I hope we can take advantage of it, but my guess is that the more things change, the more they'll stay the same. We'll be a team that catches lightning in a bottle and gets its shite together every 5-10 years or so and make a run of significance, but mostly flounders in inconsistency. They'll find someone who can continue to take advantage of their brand and end up at the top of the heap more often than most teams. It is what it is.
