On3 has 2,080 players listed in the portal. Only 861 have been picked up out of the portal. 72 have withdrawn.

In a world of numbers, where it's 85 and abut being paid, I'd not take him back in his current role

This happens in business all the time, folks thinking about leaving turn in their resignation, the boss finally recognizes their worth, the employee gets a raise, etc. and encouraged to stay.
