However, this board has consistently claimed that he wasn't a good recruiter at all and wouldn't be able to connect with Louisiana kids.
It's also a thing to claim Notre Dame is outrecruiting LSU every year until they suddenly aren't.

In 12 years at ND he averaged 3.5 losses per year. He's lost 7 in 2 years at LSU. He could change but 3-4 losses per year is what he has done historically.

You do realize he took over a program with 39 scholarship players on the roster. Oh and BTW, got to the SECCG in his first year.
