There’s no secret sauce. The coaches are teaching the QBs all the same shite. You either take it and adjust or don’t.

Hurts finally took steps to transform his game and improve mechanically after losing his job.

It’s up to the player more than anything. You guys put way too much into coaching. It’s obviously an incredibly important aspect but players are responsible ultimately for their own improvement. They have to do it. No one can do it for them.

That's your take. My take is he received better coaching after leaving Bama.

Hurts was always first in and last out. Totally conscientious. To say he finally decided to follow instructions after 3 years is sort of ridiculous.
