I certainly can not dispute this based on the reality of CFB, but as other posters (mainly trollers) have pointed out, it appears relatively easy to poach talent from MU. Couldn't we at least strive to make it a bit harder?

Making a 2nd year DC the highest paid coordinator in the country and whose wife is from the area he’s being hired to is the opposite of “relatively easy.”
The fact that LSU would be trying to poach a Mizzou coordinator and we offered close to $2M to counter would have been unthinkable two or three years ago.

It seems like 5 star players and great coaches leave LSU every couple of years.
That's a sign of success.
