Got the Co-DC title at Tennessee? I'm guessing he was not getting that here with Linguist and Hitschler already being co-DCs and Roach being assistant head coach.
Was just going to be a regular position coach title, which means less money.

He seemed like DeBoer’s “Bobby Williams”. 
A veteran assistant that wasn’t particularly great at one thing. Just a Jack of all trades.
