Watch this:

X

The right guard pulled and gave him a wide open shot at the end zone. Instead of following #77 he went right up the middle.

Better chance to get it in maybe but they unblocked guy eats the tackle with ease if Milroe cuts left

it's not so much that play call as the stupid ones that put us in 2nd and 3rd and long by running roll outs to the short side with nobody downfield to throw to. Along with two runs up the middle on 1st and goal from the 9 yard line followed by another, when we were gashing them on the edges. We were behind the sticks every play in OT because of it

Terrible play call. There's an unblocked defender who was squeezing.

He could follow his guard all he wants but that squeezing player closes Milroe down while the original player who beat our OL finished him off.

Moronic play call

People will say he wouldn't have scored while ignoring that -4 made no attempt to run the play as designed

Re-watched that and even the guard #77 missed his block and his defender would have cut Milroe off.

Seriously what a terrible play called.

Why do they keep running the ball toward Dippre (#81) when that guy can't block a thing???

#45 is a heck of a blocker. Why not have him in if you want to run that stupid arse play???

He had to take his eyes off the defense to catch the low arse snap. That’s why it didn’t work.

What design was that? His guard, TE and #77 ALL missed their blocks.

Why is it you guys blame thus guy for the things he can't possibly do.

That play was stupid. Stop defending Rees.

I wouldn’t mind the call if it’s 3rd and goal from the 3. I just think you have to give him options on that last play. JMO

He had just completed a back shoulder throw to Burton who was being held.

The fact that the coaches did not trust him to throw is insane. At least roll the pocket left for a run/play option.

There isn't a worse call in the Saban Era. Period.
