How is it we are only hiring the must uncreative OC's now??

I don't necessarily think Rees is unimaginative, I just think OCs get arrogant and think well if I call it, it is up to the players to execute. It is my hugest beef with Kyle Shanahan. They draw up these schemes not taking into account their personel. This is college football. You find out what your guys do well, learn to execute as flawless as possible and build off of that. If you see something that works in a game you go back to it til they adjust, not keep setting up your fancy counters.

They never built this offense completely around Milore's strength and I blame both Rees and Milroe for that. Milroe being unwilling to develop his best weapon and coaches not demanding that of him is a problem.

Lastly we have to point out there is no justification for the center. Saban, the oline coach, Rees everyone is responsible for us not being able to have a guy who simply snap the damn ball. That it insane that the best program in college football history doesn't have an adequate center when literally 130 teams have a center who can snap the ball AND do some blocking with out shirting the bed.

That helps the o-line, but the defense also only has to cover half the field or less. You really want Milroe throwing into zone defenses that know half the field is already not an option?

Roll Milroe so we put pressure on their secondary to abandon coverage. If they do toss to an open player. If they don't use your speed an power to get the three yards.


What you DONT do is run the ball in the middle when they have dominated us all game there.
