Smoked Christmas ham ....

Glaze consisting of some Woodford Reserve, brown sugar, brown mustard and some other things. Smoke for three hours over a pan filled with apple cider and chopped up apples and oranges.
Cook for two hours, then cover with foil for the final hour, then serve.

Looks great! I've seen some people doing pulled ham like you do a pork butt. May have to try that one for game day!

It was really, really good. Had some again for dinner tonight. And it was still really, really good.
Second year in a row for this recipe. Judging from the response, I think it's a new Christmas tradition.
