It’s almost like midwest kids don’t get the attention that others do so the kids are more likely to simply get the 3 star ranking. That is the most likely explanation. Rankings aren’t science.

No one outside of the midwest can stand to be around midwesterners for more than 5 minutes so scouts don't evaluate them properly

Actually it’s a reflection of the worst stretch in Tennessee history coupled with a down east for a couple years. Crongrats I guess.
