Additionally, the presiding judge has already sanctioned Ms. Lewis and her attorneys $330,000 for alleging false RICO claims against Taylor Porter, the law firm representing LSU.
She and her attorneys have credibility issues.

Not to mention the fact that the first suit she filed in state court got completely thrown out.
