Well I don't know, Lebby has potential, but if I was a AD hiring a first time HC, I would want some experience at the OC and DC levels.

We aren’t hiring an OC Lebby is running the offense. I agree this is a less than exciting DC hire.
I felt good about Lebby but his staff hires so far are questionable at best. It’s not looking promising. And he hasn’t don’t shite for recruiting or the portal yet
