Mandel has Alabama jumping Texas in all possible scenarios if Alabama wins. Maybe you should email him.

Beating the #1 team who hasn't lost in 29 games would absolutely make any team have a considerable jump in rankings. Head to head be damned. It's why it is better to lose early in season than late. You can do things to overcome it. You had your chance to knock Bama out of playoffs and had one of the biggest choke jobs I have ever witnessed
