Will Jayden Daniels victory speech make you cry just like Joe Burrow’s speech did?

Probably gonna be tough to understand his speech if he takes a bunch of speed to celebrate his victory

Feel like this guy should be invited as his guest of honor for toughening JD5 up a little

I hate to break the news to ya, but if Nix has a good game and Oregon wins against Washington, he wins the Heisman. I actually like JD and think he's the best of the 2, but Nix has become the media favorite and with the Smack-12 ending and the big rematch going up against Penix, it all sets up perfectly for a huuuuuge spotlight match and all voter eyes will be on Nix. Mark it down, if he has 400+ yds and aboout 4-5 TDs, he hoists the trophy.

Nix speech would be pitiful. How he ran from the SEC to pac 12. Was average in the toughest conference. Lost most of the big games year to year. Throws 35+% of his passes behind the line of scrimmage which keeps his completion % up there. How he has much much less rushing yards than Jayden Daniels. Hopefully none of this will come to fruition.

It amazes me that this is what the heisman will actually come down to. If it does. he’s going to win every other honor in the country and it’s going to make the Heisman look like a fricking joke. Just like your reasoning right here.

Nix aint gonna have over a thousand yards rushing against Washington. He's a poor second place.

You can stone the messenger if it makes you feel better. And I'm not saying it's right. Again, I think JD and Brock Bowers are the 2 best players in the country with Nix maybe, MAYBE 4th or 5th, but you and I don't get a vote. I'm just saying he's become the media darling and they are slobbering all over the Pac 12 these days with it coming to an end and everything. Penix comes in on the other side to give it a Doc Holiday/Johnny Ringo duel feeling. If he has a big game in front of the whole world against an undefeated team, it'll look reeeeeal good to the voters.

Ok, not trying to stone the messenger, just saying, what your saying is how screwed up this award now is apparently. JD not only has the best stats this year he has better than pretty much every Heisman QB before him. That will be the story if he loses it….how much the media fricked this up.
