We would have been attempting a game winning ~49 yard field goal. I know Reichard has been money but, man, that would have been rough.

He's missed 3 of his last 5 FG's and one of his XP's touched the upright.
Might be off on the #'s a bit.

I was down voted a few games ago because I said he didn’t make big, pressure kicks but would bomb 50 yarders against the’Nooga’s of the world. I stand here vindicated. Don’t ever count on kickers to win the game.

You're still wrong because he's made pressure kicks in the past. 2021 in overtime against Auburn and 2022 against Texas were clutch. He's just in a rough patch at the moment.

No. Because we wouldn't have been running a shotgun formation to score a touchdown. We probably go under center for three easy runs up the middle and kick it.

Reichard doesn’t miss much but lately it seems like he’s only missing in big games.

Will can't make a FG from the left hash.
Go back and look at all of his misses.
He's great from the middle. Great from the right. Terrible from the left.

It seems like if he misses one early in the game then he missed one more. Like it gets in his head.

Unfortunately last year the right hash was his tormentor. He’s either over correcting or his draw doesn’t draw as much kicking that direction this year.
