This gentleman gets it completely. They have no base, and no high school feeder system providing top notch athletes. It is a problem that can be fixed on the high school level, but that aspect alone will take a decade. Anything is doable.

It has to happen on the community level and if it does then high school football will improve.
The challenge is in areas such as Southeast Arkansas which is one of the poorest areas in the nation.
