How does Willie Martinez keep getting DB coaching jobs at P5 programs?

I think its kind of like why you see the NFL recycle a bunch of mediocre coaches.
A coach might not be outstanding, but if you can't get one of the better coaches or a promising up and comer, Willie at least isn't going to get you fired. Our secondary needs to improve, but its going to be the reason we lose1 or 2 games, not 5 or 6.
