I must have misread. Maybe 10-win regular seasons?

Now if Lanning left Oregon for A&M I could see Kiffin going there

Lanning has yet to produce at Oregon.

But at the same time, Oregon is in pretty good shape so I doubt that he would jump ship to go to a school that doesn't seem to be able to wear their shoes on the right feet.

Lane Kiffin is a good coach. I have struggled with figuring out if his big game troubles are a factor of him over-thinking ways to overcome talent deficits or Kiffin banging up against the hard ceiling of Ole Miss football?

The LSU game was a big game for us that he won. Of course, LSU has a really bad defense and for that reason is not elite. Lane is never going to beat an elite team unless he gets a legitimately good defense that can keep us in the game when the offense struggles. The defense did that a couple of times this year against Auburn and Arkansas, but those were bad offenses. It doesn't matter how well he schemes, he's never going to beat an elite team with a defense that gives up 10 yards per play.

False.

Lane is very affordable because of the contract restrictions in Mississippi.

False. State contracts can only be for four years but Lane signed a K with the private athletic foundation that runs for eight years. No one knows what the buyout is, but I doubt he insisted on having one for A&M like he did for USC at Tennessee.

My mistake was already corrected by several others. Acknowledged. 10 win regular seasons.

Kiffin hates Bjork and is set for life at Ole Miss.

I think you’re making shite up…

Bjork was gone before Kiffin was hired so how do they know each other? Therefore, why would he hate him?

You’re kidding yourself if you think Kiffin’s long term plans include OM. He’s a smart guy and he knows he’s reached the ceiling at OM.

Alright, alright settle down. Ole Miss is a perpetual little brother team; Kiffin has hit the glass ceiling with them; it's okay, don't worry. Their NIL is tiny, tiny; they will never amount to anything. Stop your crying and shivering. Here's your stuffed toy; go get into your little recliner and don't worry. I'll massage your temples while you slow your breathing and close your eyes. Lean back, close those sweet baby blues and go back to sleep. Dont fret - I'll play you a lullaby.

Good coach, would be very dangerous with big money to spend on recruits at AtM
